Gain a competitive edge and improve athleticism, directly impacting on-court abilities with SPIRE's Performance Training programs. Open to volleyball players ages 13-18.
Choose from our 8-week Core program or our 24-week Apex program to build the foundation every club volleyball player needs to elevate their game to a higher level and progress toward your peak potential as an athlete.
Training is delivered in small-group sessions (maximizing coach attention and correction) with options to train one day per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Each athlete selects their preferred session slot:
Session 1: 6:15–7:00 PM
Session 2: 7:00–7:45 PM
8-Week Core Program:
Designed for athletes who want focused, high-impact performance training to reinforce the physical qualities required for success in the club season. Across 8 in-person sessions, athletes work directly with SPIRE’s Performance Training coaches to develop stronger movement patterns, improved agility, better vertical potential, and enhanced durability.
This program is ideal for athletes who want a structured, professional training experience that prepares them for higher-volume work later in the year.

- Improved acceleration, change of direction, and jump mechanics
- Increased confidence in athletic movements
- Reduced risk of overuse and early-season fatigue
24-Week Apex Program:
The Apex program is a full-season performance training progression for athletes who want to move beyond short-term improvements and develop the complete physical toolkit needed to excel at the club and high-school levels.
Across 24 weeks of in-person training, athletes work consistently with SPIRE’s Performance Team on advanced strength development, explosive power, vertical jump optimization, movement efficiency, and resilience through long-term season demands. This immersive program creates the time and structure needed for true transformation.
The Apex Program is built for athletes who are serious about long-term development and want to accumulate the training volume and progression required for elite performance.
