Speed: Join other athletes in a competitive group speed training dynamic. Each day consists of a specific focus (Acceleration, top end speed, vertical, lateral and change of direction) and guarantees an improvement in overall athletic ability and technique.
Strength: Structured, individualized in person strength programming and coaching. All programs are built based off of combine testing numbers and each athletes specific needs, and tailored towards volleyball. Programs are given through the app Train Heroic for easy and trackable training.
Date: Monday through Friday (Choose 3-5 days according to your schedule)
Times: 4:00-6:00 PM (4-6 PM Speed, 5-6 PM Strength)
Ages: Any athlete in High school or College Pricing: $18.1-21.8/hr
