The Athletic Performance Camp at SPIRE Academy is designed to help athletes of all sports unlock their full potential across five days of focused training and skill development. Our expert coaches will guide campers through comprehensive training sessions in SPIRE’s world-class facilities. Each day will feature a unique focus to enhance athletic ability, mental toughness, and leadership skills:
July 21: Athletic Combine
Campers start with an Athletic Combine to measure key performance metrics, including speed, agility, vertical jump, and strength. This initial assessment provides valuable benchmarks to help each athlete set goals and track improvement throughout the camp.
July 22: Speed & Mobility Training
Focusing on developing explosive speed and optimal movement patterns, campers will learn techniques to increase acceleration, improve running form, and enhance range of motion for better overall performance.
July 23: Leadership & Mental Skills
A day dedicated to building leadership abilities and mental resilience, where campers will engage in team activities and workshops on mental conditioning, goal-setting, and focus techniques to perform at their best under pressure.
July 24: Strength Training
Under the guidance of SPIRE's strength coaches, athletes will work on foundational and advanced strength-building exercises, customized to enhance power, endurance, and injury prevention strategies.
July 25: Speed & Agility Training
Campers will dive into drills designed to improve quickness, reaction time, and multi-directional movement, helping them develop a competitive edge in any sport.
