You will arrive on Monday at noon and check into your hotel. The evening will feature a tour of the facilities with the Performance Staff. On Tuesday morning, the kids will begin their performance training, focusing on nutrition, mental skills, neuro-visual coordination, and physical fitness. Each evening includes a competitive activity, concluding on Thursday night. The experience will wrap up with a recovery session on Friday morning.
