SPIRE Camps: Summer Extending Training (Lacrosse)
SPIRE Academy’s Lacrosse Summer Extended Training Program is built for advanced players competing at the regional or national level with their school or club teams. This immersive, multi-week experience mirrors the structure and intensity of SPIRE’s elite Academy program, helping athletes elevate every aspect of their game.
Campers receive on-field instruction from SPIRE’s professional lacrosse coaching staff, focusing on advanced skill development, tactical awareness, and game IQ. Each athlete also participates in Performance Training to enhance strength, speed, and endurance, as well as Mental Skills Training to build focus, confidence, and resilience.
Athletes have access to SPIRE’s sport recovery equipment to optimize performance and recovery between sessions. Off the field, campers take part in group activities and weekend off-campus excursions, fostering team building and fun.
Boarding campers stay in SPIRE’s on-campus dorms and enjoy three meals per day, while day campers receive lunch daily. All participants receive an official SPIRE Camps T-shirt.
