SPIRE Camps: Swim Stroke Camp | Day Camp Option (Swimming)

The Swim Stroke Camp is designed to help swimmers refine and perfect the technical elements of all four competitive strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.  Led by SPIRE’s experienced coaching staff, this camp focuses on enhancing stroke mechanics, improving efficiency, and fine-tuning body positioning and breathing techniques. Through a combination of drill work and personalized feedback, swimmers will receive tailored instruction to address their unique needs.

In addition to stroke development, the camp incorporates start and turn training to give athletes a comprehensive skill set for competition. With SPIRE’s world-class facilities and individualized approach, swimmers will leave the camp with improved technique, greater confidence in the water, and the tools to achieve peak performance.
