2025-26 Indoor 11v11 League at SPIRE  |  Team Registration

Games starting Saturday November 15th, 2025!

Early Bird Discount:  Save $300 at check-out when you register by September 30 (discount applied in shopping cart)

Registration DEADLINE: October 31, 2025

Game days are weekly on Saturdays & Sundays with teams playing a 9-game schedule (11v11).  Teams will play 2 or 3 games on each of their game dates.  

Registration open to:  U13 to U18-19 Boys - Premier Level

Select your team's division and complete the registration form on behalf of your team.

No individual player registrations.  Must register as a team.  Coach/Team Manager will receive follow-up instructions to provide team roster and completed individual player waiver forms.

Fee is $1,500 per team for the season (not including ref fees of $40/game).  A no-show fee totaling of $175 plus ref fee will be assessed to any team that fails to appear for a scheduled game without prior notice.  A fee of $525 will be assessed to any team that does not show for an entire game day.
