Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SPIRE Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, charges, or damages regarding the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of any box/bag/item or its contents due to any cause, including but not limited to weather conditions, heat, animals, theft, or other unforeseen events.
